First you place all your ingredients on a table that is conspicuously laid out in the middle of the room underneath the most beautiful light possible. Then you pinch little balls of dough off and start rolling it out. Next you get bombarded by a bunch of curious American journalism students and the whole thing turns to chaos. Finally, you give up and let the foreigners take over because you just don't have the energy to deal with 15 Texans...
